In May-June 2004 TC Specialist provided free training for technical support group
from Microsoft Branch in Russia and CIS.
Free Technical Support staff helps to settle down the problems faced by Russian users of
Microsoft software. Microsoft sets great store on the staff qualification and regularly encourage
them to participate in trainings on uptodate products.
TC “Specialist” customised solution for Microsoft technical support staff included development
and delivery of the unique course “Troubleshooting for Office 2003 Users”. The course is
exclusive as it isn’t run in any European or Russian training
centers.
For 32 hours students make up varios trouble cases in all Office 2003 applications and
found quick and approptiale solutions. The course was developed and taught by Ivan Nikitin
one of the leading trainors of the Center, experienced in providing various trainings and
seminars ordered by Microsoft Branch in Russia and CIS, such as Office System 2003 Launch,
Office System 2003 Train-The-Trainer, etc.
This event proved the longtime relationship between the
Center and
Microsoft Branch. It showed that our technologies and methods of training perfectly
meet the world wide standards.
